Modifications and Cancellations of Reservations
If the guest cancels or modifies the reservation (including partial cancellation due to a decrease in the number of guests), the guest shall pay cancellation charges as follows. Furthermore, the Hotel shall apply the cancellation charges for items (including special orders) that have already been ordered or arranged.
・14 to 8 days before use: 30% of the price of cancelled food and beverages
・7 to 3 days before use: 50% of the price of cancelled food and beverages
・2 days to on the day of use: 100% of the price of cancelled food and beverages
